Can anyone give me advice on how to master the egg beater?
I am having trouble trying to tread water with the egg beater and I want to know before starting this June waterpolo? Can anyone give me advice on it and how often should I practice?
The best way to do this is to practice breaststroke kick as much as possible. Although this is with both legs at the same time helping to build muscles to be used for beater eggs. The stronger is the breaststroke kick will be stronger = eggbeater. Some exercises you can do: 1. Get a scooter and slowly make breaststroke kick, do this for as long as possible. The next session back and do it at a pace faster with a stronger shot. This will help to build new muscles. 2. floating in the back and breaststroke kick. This strengthens the muscles than when you are on the front kicks. 3. kicking do one leg at a time .. left leg, right leg, left leg, right leg. 4. Verticle shooting, put your hands on a power line and trying to remove standing to get your swimmers out of the water in a verticle position -. after doing with your legs at the same time, alternate right leg, left leg, right leg left leg. accelerate the pace and needs to be done eggbeater … when you are getting better at it in water polo ball incouparate Comment Hope this helps
