How do i get better at eggbeaters (water polo)?
I started two days ago, and i really enjoy playing the game. However, I was not at practice for one week, due to vacation, and have not been able to practice at much. Usually i get things pretty quick, but doing the eggbeater for a long period of time has been pretty challenging. How can I get better in and OUT of the pool?

i have been playing 3 years now,it easy when you start ,the best way is sit on a chair and practice with ur feet jut make circles with them,as one goes inside the other goes out at the same time the two of themgo in circles,also to have a good idea check this videos out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IR5S04vYe2I .dont worrie it will come in time thats what coach told me the first time i did it and its really like that you just need to practice

What are some ways to get better at water polo?
alright so i joined water polo and im pretty good in the water but im having trouble with the eggbeater kick and also i dont really know how to swim fast in the correct way and all that…and what are some good ways to work out in order to build endurance in the water and just get stronger in the sport? please help!
learing egeater in the water is not easy jst sit on a bench where your lags can swing in and practis then when your good at iut you can try in the water, i dunno bout the rest of the questions sorry :$
